Great meeting with SPFW Triwoman and Sarah Lorge Butler

Running Times MagazineThank you everyone including SPFW Triwoman and  Sarah Lorge Butler who turned out for our second meeting of 2013.  It was a cold and chilly evening and parking was a bit difficult for a little while but we had a great turnout.  Sarah provided us a fun and entertaining view of training and running with her talk and handed out free copies of Running Times magazine to all who attended.  And a big Congratulations to Pam who won the Woman’s Thermal Running Top which was donated by the Westfield Running Company that provided our meeting space.
