Triathlon season is starting very early for our members at the Lifetime Fitness Indoor Triathlon in Berkeley Heights this past Sunday. Great job and congrats to everyone. That is the way to execute!

Join the Central Jersey Tri Club for our second group fun run and yoga event for the year at the Westfield Running Company on February 22nd at 8:15 am for a group run with the team. This event is open to anyone who wishes to attend members and non-members. There will be lite breakfast items available after juice, coffee, water and bagels and cream cheese.
WRC will also be offering their store space for yoga at 10am for anyone who wants to join in as well.
