Course: Very flat with a few small hills
If you are new to riding on the roads with traffic, new to riding in a group or new to riding in general this is the ride for you. Hybrid and road bikes are welcome however triathlon bikes will not be allowed.
This ride will be a beginner C ride this Saturday out of the Great Swamp Wildlife Refuge starting at 8:00am. This group ride will be a no drop ride (meaning nobody will be left behind) and we will stop at all turns until everyone is together. Prior to starting the ride we will review how to properly ride in a group, proper traffic signaling and road etiquette.
All participants of group activities must sign the Club Insurance Waiver prior to participating in any club events. You must also have a helmet, tire change kit, spare inner tube, inflation device and your beverage of choice.
