Are you ready?
Ironman 70.3 Princeton is exactly one week away! You have swam yard after yard, ridden and run mile after countless mile. Now it is time to recharge and be rested for the big day.
We’ll see you all bright and early before the crack of dawn on Sunday. and then you will see us again in the afternoon at Central Jersey Tri Club Aid Station #6 on the run course. We’ll be there to keep you motivated, cheer you on and keep you moving to the finish.
Thank you everyone from We Dream Team, Autism Family Times with Brianna, Inc. and Central Jersey Tri Club who came out and raced, volunteered, served as a gear and equipment sherpa and came to cheer everyone on at the Rutgers Unite Half Marathon and 8k.
Special thanks to our sponsor Dr. Todd Schragen from All-Pro Health for the free ART sessions for club members and the donation of chips and other snacks from Frito Lay.
What a great and beautiful day for another club event!
Race Director and local Ironman celebrity Ray Campeau is looking for volunteers to assist with the operation of the JerseyMan Triathlon Festival on May 18th at Spruce Run State Park in Clinton, NJ. If you have never volunteered at a triathlon before, this is a great way to get an up front and in your face view of the race as it happens. Triathlon race directors rely on volunteers to help make these events happen and this is another fun way to give back to the community.
For each CJTC member who volunteers, Ray will make a $25 contribution to the club which helps us host more club events throughout the year. Please contact us and let us know you would like to volunteer and we will contact you with more details as the event gets closer.
We are looking for club members to volunteer and help with the setup and manning of
the Team and Club tent at the Rutgers Half event for this year on April 21st for the We Dream Team and CJTC. If you are not participating in the race, this is a great opportunity for you to contribute some of your time to the charity and your club.
The second opportunity to volunteer is to assist CGI Racing in the operation of the race. For each one of our club volunteers on the race course, CGI Racing will be making a $25 contribute to the We Dream Team charity.
Volunteering your time at these events is a great way to give back to the community. Please consider giving back as it is an important part of what makes the multi-sport community so great. Please contact us that you want to volunteer at the charity and club tent or on the race course. We will then contact you with more details as the race date gets closer.
