Thank you everyone including SPFW Triwoman and Sarah Lorge Butler who turned out for our second meeting of 2013. It was a cold and chilly evening and parking was a bit difficult for a little while but we had a great turnout. Sarah provided us a fun and entertaining view of training and running with her talk and handed out free copies of Running Times magazine to all who attended. And a big Congratulations to Pam who won the Woman’s Thermal Running Top which was donated by the Westfield Running Company that provided our meeting space.
