The Sneaker Factory in Millburn will be hosting a Running Form Clinic for all Central Jersey Tri Club members on Sunday July 15th at 9am in Tamaques Park.

Jess Hyland from New Balance will be there to talk about running form and there will be lots of opportunities to practice running form in the park.

Looking forward to seeing everyone there! Make sure you come wearing your running sneaks and workout clothes!
