The Central Jersey Tri Club Board has chosen to recommend the following books for those who are seeking training plans, workouts and additional information to help them improve their triathlon knowledge, personal fitness and race performance.

Education and knowledge are an integral part in getting fit, living a healthy lifestyle and becoming a better athlete.  We encourage all those interested in the sport of triathlon to educate themselves and expand your knowledge through reading and asking questions of those with experience and even seek professional guidance from a certified sports trainer or coach.
